Product Description Chapala is a small town on the banks of Lake Chapala not far from Guadalajara, Mexico and is home to Cholula hot sauce. Made from peppers harvested in the local fields Cholula is made in the traditional Mexican way. The 'Molcajete' - a pestle and mortar made out of volcanic rocks play a fundamental role in Cholula's rich Mexican heritage. used for centuries by the Aztecs and early Mexicans to grind a range of ingredients together. Today, though produced in larger batches, Cholula is made in a very similar way. From its hand carved wooden cap and the colourful artistry of the label, to the thick, rich colour of the sauce inside - Cholula pleases the senses. Ingredients Water, Vinegar (White and Apple), Sugar, Peppers (Chipotle, Arbol and Piquin), Salt, Natural Flavours, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Silicon Doixide, Citric Acid and Caramel

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do the ingredients and 'imported by' on the actual bottles match those shown in the pictures? And have both fl. Oz. And ml. printed on the label?**
A: My bottles were imported from Mexico and the ingredients do match the description.... It also says on the label 5fl oz - 150ml. 
Tesco sell it £1.90 a bottle.
