After about 14 days the right bud stopped functioning.I contacted TOZO direct via e-mail about the issue and it was just a short time later I was very surprised that I received an e-mail from Jamie a TOZO rep.Jamie apologized for the situation and indicated that they will be sending to me a complete new set of ear buds at no charge to me!
