I am male, over 70 but quite strong. I found that at about 70% extended I could handle the tool from either leaning out of the window or from the ground. The saw attachment is very good, strong and very sharp. The lopper is well made but a little trickier to handle. From your description of yourself I suspect you will find the fully extended, longest tool rather difficult but you don't have to use it fully extended. The important consideration is the purpose for which you need it. I'm about 6' tall and the D-handle and T-handle (if you can find one) are a bit too short for me.
