It scratches the soil, (scarify) to dislodge dead grass and moss. **Q: Do you push or pull this device?** A: it can be very hard to move about depending on how thick your moss is but i found it is easiest to push **Q: Does it come complete with handle** A: Yes it does, a nice strong telescopic handle that you can adjust, depending on the angle you wish to rake at.
