Ingredients               Pork, pepper sauce (with peppers, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid), Extra Virgin Olive oil (20%), salt, hot pepper, dextrose, sucrose, smoked flavoring. Great stuff, being used for all sorts of recipes. Great to add in Spag Bol, Great in any pasta sauces, and of course very nice on home made Pizza's. Have mine in the fridge and as long as you keep adding a layer of olive oil every so often , it keeps really well.

Very tasty, easy to add to Italian ragu, pasta sauces, tomato based stews and jambalaya. Store 1/3 in the refrigerator, the rest in the freezer or share as a gift in a jar! Best value for money and the best taste out of several I have tried on Amazon.

On first taste I wasn't sure - it is very spicy, salty and oily. All doesn't exactly sound like a 5 star. However, the flavour really does become addictive and I end up adding it to everything. Even as simple as on toast or with some gnocchi.
