## Description

Prohands Gripmaster is the original, patented hand exerciser with individual power buttons. Now that our patents have expired, many imitators have appeared, and these products do not have the engineering and quality which goes into every hand exerciser we make. Beware of inferior quality imitation products from Asia. Prohands is the very best hand exerciser used by professional athletes, world-class musicians, and as a rehabilitation tool. Made from high-quality components ABS plastic, stainless steel springs and approved santoprene. With Prohands you can exercise each finger individually, or the entire hand. Use each button independently to exercise fingers or compress the entire unit for complete hand and forearm strengthening. By isolating each digit, stronger fingers can’t compensate for the weaker ones. Allowing the user to isolate and exercise each finger individually for strength, dexterity, and endurance. Helping to develop outstanding hand, wrist and forearm strength. Prohands is ideal for anyone wanting to develop and maintain strong healthy hands. May help with arthritis, carpal tunnel, neuropathy, and poor circulation. The Prohands family of hand exerciser comes in 4 different model types (2nd image). VIA is our entry-level model, GRIPMASTER is our signature model, GRIPMASTER-Rehab is our signature model with an added palm cushion, and PRO is our most advanced model for pros and motivated individuals. Each Prohands model features graduated tension levels, which help the user measure progress. VIA 1lb to 6lb, GRIPMASTER 1lb to 9lb, GRIPMASTER-Rehab 0.75lb to 9lb, and PRO 5lb to 13lb. Prohands is the ultimate hand and finger exerciser available on the market.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Which tension color is recommended for a 10 yr old ?**
A: It depends what the child is attempting to accomplish. Is it intended for rehabof an injury? if so check with the doctor or physical therapist. OR Is it to strengthen for a particular sport? If so, than how far along is the strength in that hand of fingers. Typically the 3 lb is for the elderly with arthritis or rehab from an injury. While the 5 & 7 pound are the most popular for all ages. However, advanced athlete find the 7 & 9 pound too "easy" and then need to advance to the PRO (more than likely too large for a 10 year old hand)You may want to look at either the TWO packs with TWO tensions , or the FOUR pack withall four tensions 3,5,7,9. Fr a child stick with the regular Gripmaster NOT the PRO.

**Q: Which tension color would be recommened for a 14 year old guitar player?**
A: It may depend on the size of the 14 year old, male or female, beginner or experienced guitarist. The RED (7 pounds) is the most popular and since the tensions range from 3 pounds to 9 in the regular GripMasterto 13 pounds in the PRO, the 7 is a mid range tension. If the child is in progressing with the instrument, you may want to consider a twin pack with two consecutive tensions.I hope this helps.

**Q: I lost the cushion grip for my heavy tension model. Is there a way to replace it?**
A: No, you will need to replace the entire grip.

**Q: Is simply squeezing it enough or are there any specific exercises I should try out?**
A: Like others, I am not aware of specific exercises. I do, however, turn it "upside down" , putting my fingertips to palm side of exerciser, and depress two of the plungers with my thumb - thus exercising that oft-neglected digit. 
