There was a very quick reply in which they asked if I could photograph the liquid in a clear glass. They also offered to send out a new bottle. I didn't ask for a new bottle until it was determined if there was a new process rather than a bad batch. Disappointingly I have not received any further communication. I had hoped either confirmation all was ok or an immediate new bottle replacement as was offered.
