I bought this for my husband who started a beginner's Spanish course. I am a complete beginner and was recommended this book by my teacher. We use it during the class and use some of the exercises for homework. It is very good and contains lots of useful information. This edition doesn't come with CD's so not suitable for someone learning Spanish on their own.
