It respond to heat so when you run the number it shows up then fades again. This game has been fantastic for my son who is 5 **Q: I have just bought two of these games but cannot get any numbers to reveal. I have rubbed and rubbed the black star. Is there a trick to it?** A: The answers can be revealed by either holding your thumb over the star (the heat from your thumb should then release the answer), or, by gently rubbing your thumb backwards and forwards over the spot until the answer is revealed. **Q: I have bought this product and my son absolutely loves it .
