I always use the mat to line the bottom of my grill pan so that when I grill sausages, etc the fat drops through the grill on to the mat. When finished I normally allow the pan to cool so that the fat is easily wiped away with a paper kitchen towel. Once wiped clean then I wash the mat in hot soapy water. **Q: Does the packaging state that there are 3 in the box? I'd like to keep one and give the others as a gift!** A: The box is the same as the single one, except it has a small (1x2cm) sticker on saying "3 pces". Having said that they are still an excellent product, easy to use and clean and good value for money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ adequate for the task but a bit flimsier than I originally wanted *by D***R on 23 January 2014* I read all the reviews of this product about it being very thin and, whilst originally I was looking for something sturdy, the price was attractive so I thought I'd give it a go. When it arrived it looked like a roll of tinfoil and was very light. I opened it out and, as others had described, it was very thin. I do a lot of cookie baking and use up lots of baking paper so for this it is perfect. Definitely non-stick and fits perfectly in a standard oven tray.
