**Q: it does not look 45dim**
A: The watch is 45mm diameter overall - the face is 30mm diameter. An added piece of information: it is not really luminous as advertised and can't be seen at night unless you are either the owl or the pussy cat! Quite disappointing.

**Q: can someone tell me how to adjust day and date thanks**
A: The crown ("winder") can bee pulled out two stops. The second stop is for adjusting the time. The first stop, if turned in one direction will adjust the day, and if turned in the other direction will adjust the date. Good luck!

**Q: I have a small wrist will this strap Fit**
A: Yes. I have a small wrist and there are plenty notches. (You might have to trim the end of the strap of you find it annoying)

**Q: Can I swim in the open sea every day for about an hour with this watch? (Only swim) Thank you**
A: I have had 3 holidays abroad with mine and swum and snorkelled all day long. I nearly live in the sea on holiday. No problem whatsoever with the watch. Its the most accurate and dependable watch I have owned. However I just had to replace the strap today. A guy on a stall in the local precinct put a very nice Nato strap on for £8.
