Review: Quality wax for your bow strings etc. - I've just bought a Compound Bow and read about waxing the string, I watched every video available about how and with the best wax to buy, this make always seem to come up, so i bought this wax, what can you say but it does what it's intended to do, I've seen other archers using it on threads when fixing other parts to the bow, this will stop bolts from getting seized. **Q: Would  this be good for a light blue 10-12 strand Dacron string**
A: It is for all Bow Strings very good stuff

**Q: Would Violin bow rosin work as well ?**
A: Violin rosin is very different in regards to texture compared to this wax, so I would not recommend it for an archery bow string. Also violin strings compared to archery bow strings are very different in material. But I have never used rosin on an archery bow string before, but I would careful using it as it might compromise the strings structure.
