Quite a good idea actually providing whatever you are using to feed it, isn't to thick to pass through the syringe of course!!! **Q: Is this any good for injecting jam into jam doughnuts?** A: Personally I found it easier to inject warmed jam into the precooked doughnut rather than the other way around. I am not a professional and am impatient with fiddly things so this wasn't too handy for me. I do not make doughnuts on a regular basis either so there may be a knack I haven't developed as a result. **Q: Approximatly how long and how wide is the needle? Thanks :)** A: There are two needles.
