Review: Perfect product to protect your car seat on a plane. - Huge bag. Big enough for a group 1 car seat. We took our maxi cosi cabriofix on holiday with us and we could have put half our luggage in with it it's that spacious. We did wrap the car seat in bubble wrap first just for extra padding and we sneaked nappies and play mat in there too to free up our suitcases! The bag is lockable which is a bonus as car seats are not cheap and the carry handle is very strong and useful. The bag travelled both legs of our journey without a scuff and the car seat was clean, dry and undamaged. Fully recommend this product

**Q: Is there padding to protect the car seat?**
A: no there is not really any padding. its like a rucksack material. I wrapped the car seat in bubble wrap. You must make sure you cover any sharp/sticking out bits otherwise the bag will rip - all these car seat covers seem the same.

**Q: Does it fit the maxi cosi cabriofix**
A: It fits the Cabriofix Baby seat with the carry handle with loads to spare. Looks like it's designed to take the big heavy toddler seats you move em into when they are about one. Haven't tried ours though as it weighs too much to carry anywhere! Seems pretty tough and if you add a luggage strap to synch round middle you get an easy handle to complement the shoulder strap. Plus you can stuff a few spare toys in the seat when traveling with bucket airlines and rubbish weight allowances!

**Q: Does this fit the joie stages car seat?**
A: This bag is huge it easily fitted my Joie i-size base and Joie i-Anchor advanced car seat. There was lots of room to spare so I put in some towels and some soft toys too and there was some room to spare. I did find it awkward to carry when I had to. I have recently purchased another ruck sack type bag (available on Amazon) which is also very large, orange in colour and would easily fit this seat in, but is not as big as this bag. I would out of the two prefer the ruck sack one as it’s easier to lift and carry with two padded adjustable straps and fragile printed on.

**Q: How do you attach the shoulder strap?**
A: The bag has two clasps to attach a should strap. Obviously depending on what you put in the bag, it can get a bulky and not the easiest to carry. This is however a decent bag. Served us well for 4 trips.

This is a durable, heavy duty travel bag! It was great for our baby jogger city mini gt2 buggy, which fit perfectly when the wheels came off. I found it so easy to use, because of the zip too. I highly recommend.

I've only used this for one (return) trip but it protected my child's car seat very well. He has quite a large seat (Kiddy Phoenixfix Pro II) but there was still plenty of room to pad around it (a great way to lighten your suitcase!). The fabric seems durable, as does the strap, and the Zips can be padlocked closed. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because it has a single carry strap designed to be worn on one shoulder, but there are other designs around that have 2 straps so that it can be worn like a rucksack. Something to consider when you have to lug suitcases, carry on baggage and a toddler! But still a great cover and worth the money.
