So I visited my doctor and was told the usual...eat more fiber, drink more water, eat yogurt, take some unnatural prescription drugs and so on. To be honest that helped a little but the constipation came back again. In my research I came upon a short review of Triphala by Dr. Weil, known for his "non-drug" therapies. He said Triphala was non-addictive, easy on the system and made from 3 fruits. So I tried it. It took a week to act but the results have been great! I now go every day and feel my system is "emptying-out". To be honest I tried a tablet form of Triphala which did not work. This capsule works great. I just take 2 in the evening before dinner and either that evening or the next morning I have a bowel movement.
