Review: Fabulous highly recommend - Absolutely brilliant. I am allergic to all chemicals and cannot use any hair dye products. I have been searching for years to find a product I can use without swelling and blistering. Tip for you - I put brown hair mousse on my grey first give it a solid base then I used some of this product and coloured my hair I left it on about 6 hrs with a plastic clear cap on top so it didn’t dry out. I then rinsed it off with hot water. I didn’t shampoo or condition until days later as the colour gets darker each day if you allow it to without shampooing. It’s brilliant no side affects no swelling no itching just a lovely dark brown colour that lasts a lot longer than normal salon hair dye. You only need abit so the 2 packets last ages (depending on hair length my is shoulder length) I just refresh when I see a touch of grey coming through. Just pop it on your roots no need to do all your hair everytime colour stays in and looks healthy shiny and lovely. Highly recommend this product. I wouldn’t buy anything else now. Wish I had found it sooner. My hair didn’t go green and did full coverage evenly. The brown mousse is the trick use this on grey first that way it as a base to go on and it holds colour in no green no light brown just lovely dark brown and leave it on as long as possible. I leave it 6 hrs minimum and make sure I cover it with a hairdressing plastic clear cap so it doesn’t dry out. Do not shampoo just rinse. That’s my advice hope it helps. It works for me.
Review: Absolutely Brilliant! :) - Went for the dark brown after not getting on with the light brown. This product is brilliant I can’t stress that enough. I dye my beard otherwise I’d be so grey and I’m only a 33 year old man. I was using just for men for the past year but after a few months I developed severe itchy red skin due to whatever toxic chemical they use in their products. It wouldn’t surprise men if the just for men products are likely carcinogenic or dangerous to health. So I went on the lookout for something organic or natural and came across this which I have to admit I thought it was a load of bolloc@s But, I ordered it in the hope that I could get relief from whatever the just for men chemicals were doing to me and my skin was so itchy and sore. So I literally mixed a heaped tea spoons worth in a plastic container using my old just for men brush. Mixed it into a paste with warm water, I mixed mine too watery though I used away at it anyway. I painted it on liberally and went in and watched a couple of hours of tv. To my amazement when I washed it all off 2 hours later I had a lovely brown beard that looked natural and real for the first time in a year. My facial hair felt nourished and soft unlike before! And it came out the loveliest colour. And the main thing, no itchy red sore face anymore, no irritation and no endless scratching. What a truly wonderful product that is better for your health and actually does a far better job. Thank you so much to whoever came up with this! Tips! Couple of things I learned The powder is green so when you paint it on your face or head things look green even after washing out. Not green like grass but a greenish tinge. Do not worry about this, I noticed after waking up the next day when it oxidises the true colour appears and it’s lovely when it does. I apply in the evening once a week for this reason. For men’s beards you need only a little bit of powder and water so it will last ages There’s an earthy natural smell that lingers especially if the hair gets wet. This doesn’t bother me at all the benefits far outweigh any worry of that It takes longer than my old just for men product ie 2 hours as opposed to 10 minutes however I have no weird chemical burns / irritation and my skin and beard is far better using this Pure stuff without a shadow of a doubt. I treat myself once a week to this and look at it like a bit of me time, sounds weird but when you feel the difference for yourself you’ll thank yourself for it. Final thoughts! If you are like me and you like organic, less harmful chemicals or simply want a product that looks much more natural that the chemical dyes then I’d say jump at this. **Q: Does the colour go very dark? I am looking for a medium-dark brown colour? Can you make it lighter by leaving it on less time?**
A: There is a lot of indigo content in this shade, so it does go fairly dark. But as l have a lot of greys, l find it works better than lighter shades as long as long as l leave it on long enough - the longer time the darker it goes - usually about 4 hours in my case. Hope this helps.

**Q: Is it safe to use over chemical highlights, i have a few  dark golden ones in my brown hair, will it go orange or break?**
A: Dear Aurelia,Thank you for your question.You will need to strand test, as bleach changes your hair structure, so it may mean the colour takes to your hair in an unpredictable way, or that it may go more brassy. It is impossible to predict how it will turn out really, the only way to know this is to strand test first.I hope that you have found this helpful.Kind Regards Rebecca

**Q: As my commercial dye grows out i will have a line of grey at temples. will the 'it's pure' natural dye cover the grey at temples?**
A: A: It takes two applications to cover grey hair and it has to be left on for nearly three hours each time. So apply it and it will darken it a bit and then apply it again a few days later. I know this because I asked the manufacturers. I would advise you to contact them directly because they’re the experts. I have used this tint for about ten years because it’s brilliant. It keeps your hair glossy.

A: I used this, it will certainly cover the white. On me it came out quite dark and be aware it is permanent and does not wash out so I was left with a regrow this line for ages!

I applied this product to my hair and left it on for 3 hours. I then washed my hair with conditioner, as instructed on the product. However, there has been no change in colour at all, and my grey hair is still completely grey. I don't recommend this product.
