I have really long hair so I thought I'd need a helmet, but putting it straight over my head had me attempting 'parkour' (jumping 3 stairs at once) around my house while people watched live on my iPhone, and it didn't slip at all.The backpack and hat mount provide angles I'd never even thought of when making a video, and it really is a case of switching it on and forgetting it's there, only to have some great footage from a unique angle that will set your videos/photos apart from others.As a frequent traveller, the convenience of being able to mount the GoPro to my backpack when travelling between places enables me to never miss any moments in situations where a helmet/headmount might look a bit over the top!100% a worthwhile addition to my already extensive collection of GoPro accessories. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is nice *by A***C on 26 June 2025* Good piece, i recommend it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely useful! Well worth the money! *by R***H on 2 November 2017* The media could not be loaded. In terms of overall value this pack is outstanding! You get two separate clips and a head strap.I took this kit to Orlando for 2 weeks and used them practically every day.I can't comment on the smaller cap clip; I didn't use it at all, but the large clip was priceless - I never left the Villa without it!With my GoPro in its case I'd simply attach it to this and clip it to the strap of my backpack where it was always in a handy position throughout the day. It's strong and pretty robust, only once did I need to nudge the spring retaining pin back into place. The camera can be easily and securely rotated to virtually any angle whilst clipped in place. There is a tethering loop which was too small to fit my wrist strap: Peak Design Cuff CF-2 Hand Strap Black, but I did manage to tether it using another hole in the clip (see images). Overall, this large clip was fantastic.The head strap does its job well. Take time to adjust it to fit your head - I should probably have spent longer doing this as, even though it stayed in place, the middle strap felt a tad off-center at times; this is no slight on the product as there are plenty of adjustments you can make so be sure and do this. I used it mainly for swimming underwater and captured some great footage (not that you'll see anything but me goofing around on this video; I wanted to put it through its paces at Volcano Bay. It passed!). Wearing it against your bare skin for an extended period will give you a stylish imprint of the rubber gripper on your forehead! I wouldn't worry; people will be too busy staring at the rest of the idiots with cameras stuck to their heads to even notice you!Don't procrastinate.
