This Chai is now VEGAN, so it does not contain any milk products at all. Current ingredients: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Spices, Black Tea, Thickener, and Flavouring. The tin has also changed - it's a orangey-colour and explicitly points out that it is Vegan on the front. **Q: what do you do with it other than put it in hot milk? Can you add it to hot water?** A: You can add it to hot water, it's not a rich in flavor that way but certainly drinkable. I prefer it with semi skimmed milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top - you be hard pushed to tell the difference between this and a Costa Chai Latte **Q: What is the caffeine content ?** A: It contains black tea, and caffeine, but unknown quantity. **Q: How many cups does it make??** A: Depends on how many tspfull you use. .Maths 3 heaped tspns=30+mgs 1000/30= no. of cups.Simple?
