Rubberised feel. The bungee comes separate, is made of rubber and clips round one of the unit's 3 feet.4 normal sized usb slots and one of the small ones to connect the unit via a supplied cord to your pc.Theres a tiny LED over each slot to show it's powering.Theres a switch underneath to turn on the blue lighting, but I've only just discovered that, so you're not forced to have that on.Very pleased.
