They ignored what I was saying about having stored it inside as instructed and they repeated that I needed to store it inside and not leave it out. I DID. When I went back to them again I was instructed to look at their original e-mail response. VERY RUDE. Basically I now have to bin this very expensive gift and buy another table which is fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PLAY A GAME AND THEN STORE IT IMMEDIATELY INSIDE. It cannot sustain any sort of moisture at all. I found the table easy to construct and solid once built. There is some irregular bounce from time to time on the very edges but doesn’t affect its performance on the whole. My only criticism which is nothing to do with the quality etc of the product is the time for delivery. This took more time than expected and meant I missed by a week or two giving it as a birthday present. The retailer said that it was due to being unable to make arrangements for delivery.
