Simply press and hold the pump button in, while held in, cover the spout underneath with your finger, release the button, then remove your finger from the button, repeat these steps until product stats to come thru. Any tips on priming the pump?** A: I have used dove showergel and mine has worked fine so we know it not the showergel at fault. All i can suggest is try priming again by holding finger over where product will come out and keep pressing pump this will create a vaccumm .
