It is well made of quality material. **Q: Is it waterproof or does it have a waterproof sheet attachment?** A: It seems to be waterproof. None of my things got wet and we went during rain season but I didn't submerge it in water though so not sure entirely how waterproof it is. There was no separate attachment. **Q: Can this carry 4 person tent** A: Yes. I would highly recommend it to anyone ^~^ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awsome bug put bag for a budget *by A***T on 4 February 2021* I was mildly worried by some of the reviews as is a cheap bag .... but was pleasantly surprised first by the very quick delivery... as an excited prepper i opened it up and began to exsplore its many pockets... i have owned more exspensive bug out bags in the past but this i was plently surprised with it .. fabric is nice and thick , the reviews mentioned issues with the zips being tough to open and getting stuck... however i saw the main issue right away ..the zips weather protectors are very tightly fitting making it difficult yes specialy in a rush to open.. however i can easily fix this by cutting the edges of the weather protectors and sew the ends up to prevent further damage... this would make it easier for the zips to open and close quicker and easier as the flaps can then move out the way . The inside is just one big compartment more than enough space for lots of supplies. The side pockets are tall enough to store a medium steel flask in, i do like the option to make tea and keep moving and still be able to have a quick cup without having to get out everything from main compartment to make tea ... the top pocket on lid flap is smaller than orher more exspensive bags iv had but it still will store key items like my fire starting kits and other items i need more regularly. Its quite comfy to wear a little harsh where it lacks padding but i can add that myself with some memorey foam and waterproof fabric ..so no harm done ..for the price it exceeded my basic cheap expectations... so for bugging out on a budget would definitely recommend. Oh and i can attach my sleeping bag or tent at the bottom.
