Is this for the 2000i?** A: Only the front (Pre-filter) can be washed. The AC and HEPA filters have to be replaced when the Air Purifier says they need to be replaced. **Q: Does this fit the AC 3829/60** A: Yes, I think this is the one. We just bought our spare, too. It’s FY2420 **Q: Does it fit air purifier model 3000i?** A: Don’t think so. This is a much smaller machine. Go onto your Air Matters app where you monitor and control your machine. Where it tells you the filter life remaining time there is a link to buy a new filter from the Philips shop. You can buy from there or copy details over to here and buy. **Q: Does this fit phillips air purifier ac 2889 /60?** A: Yes, we have this air purifier, didn’t realise at the time of purchase that this filter would need replaced at around 4 months, an expensive extra, however, we love the purifier it’s a real workhorse, hope this helps. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pricey *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 April 2022* This is the original Phillips replacement filters (they come in a packet of two, one HEPA, one carbon) but they are quite pricey and if you live on a dusty, smoggy area like me, you'll find they last you only about 3-4 months, which means they are quite pricey. Long term, it's better to find a cheaper, compatible after-market product (I found a German one which seems identical) which allows you to replace the filters at the intended interval without making such a big dent in your finances. PS. The air purifier stops working completely when it senses the filters are full, so there is no way to "bypass" the purchase of the two filters. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Branded and in box - happy *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 August 2021* I was skeptical about the quality of this given all the negative reviews but took a punt and ordered. Happy with the product, there seemed to be a “normal” amount of carbon in the filter when I compared it to the one I replaced, and the product was delivered in its original box. Purifier is up and running normally again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Air purifier *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 3 August 2026* This filter says it will last 12months, but my air purifier has had it for less than a month and already it is saying change filter. Im not sure if it is my machine or the filter. The filter looks and feels alot better than the unbranded ones I have used in the past. Solid item good fit. For the price id hope it did last for the full year, I just keep removing the error from my machine. ## Frequently Bought Together - Philips NanoProtect Filter Active Carbon and Pre-Filter, 12 Months Lifetime, Compatible with AC2887 & AC2889, Protects You from Pollen, Dust, Pet Dander and Gases (FY2420/30) - Philips Original 2000 Series NanoProtect Filter - Air Cleaner Replacement Filter for 24 Months' Use, Compatible with AC2882/10, AC2887/10, AC2889/10, and AC3829/10 (FY2422/30), White - Philips - Humidification wick (FY3435/30), Blue/White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/48687299-philips-original-air-purifier-carbon-filter-2000i-and-3000i-series](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/48687299-philips-original-air-purifier-carbon-filter-2000i-and-3000i-series) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
