I was surprised that the top is rubberized and fits snuggly on top of the cup versus screwing it on. A couple points of consideration - the size advertised is the exact amount of liquid it hold. So if you like a 10 oz cup of coffee, you’ll need a 12 oz cup or larger. Also the material of the cup itself is a thin, pliable plastic, so the coffee may not stay hot if you sip it slowly.
