Which happens with the tighter, thicker sleeves I bought from Mava. That do give me a bit more support though. So... Bottom line: My search ends here, I just threw all my previous, non satisfactory sleeves out cause I'm sticking with these ones. I have the Mava's for times I'm recovering from a hard and slightly painful workout and these for the moments I just need some light support Sidenote: The 'Arthritis' signature is starting to come loose on one of the sleeves. After just a few days.. I'll live, nothing to cry about but it's just.. unfortunate.. I would imagine a manufacturer having his/her logo on a visible place on his/her product making absolutely sure that it sticks. Size XL. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Doctors arthritis *by G***D on 1 December 2025* Makes walking with a arthritic knee a lot better ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product measurement may be too generous *by G***T on 4 July 2017* my knee suffers from osteoarthritis due to cartilage damage. I'm an active 40 (ish) bloke with and active job who is a candidate for a knee replacement but is too young. As such being active or when my knee catches or locks it is more painful and swells and I have pain free days but mostly not. so the review is with these issues in mind. Im very pleased with the product in general, it is very thin being a sleeve not a traditional support and is easy to wear under my work clothes all day long and after using it for just over a week I have to say I've not had a bad day suggesting it is doing something for me although obviously it hasn't cured my knee it appears to be helping to minimise my symptoms. However despite fact I'm pleased with it I have two issues to point out. When measuring to see what size I needed I came out as an XL (comfortably) despite not being an XL in anything normally I was surprised but ordered it although I wish I'd ordered the large instead. This is because despite still fitting close it appears to have loosened slightly with wear and now slips down my leg. I would recommend the product but warn anyone to go a size down if they are below halfway of a size range and despite appearing to loosen the sleeve appears to be well made its comfy and seems to be doing some good. I have not contacted the seller but they emailed me after delivery and are keen to answer questions and get feedback. You also get a nice booklet with information and exercises on it.
