## Questions & Answers

**Q: my mom has a tall footed tub - it's 23.5 from floor to top - so I need it to be taller that this? How tall from floor to seat?**
A: The bathtub transfer bench is 20" from the floor to the seat. Hope this helps.

**Q: Can you move handle to either side**
A: No it has pre-drilled holes for the handle on one side but the back rest can be on either side as far as I can remember

**Q: I bought this bench last year and the one side that holds the back broke can I purchase that one part?**
A: You can purchased spare parts by calling MedMobile at 800-530-3948.

**Q: what is the width & diameter**
A: The width of the seat is 26 1/2 ", the with of the seat and support bars holding the seat is 30". The depth of the seat is 16 1/4 ". The depth of the legs including the rubber bottoms is 24". Remember that this bench is designed to have 1 set of legs inside the tub and 1 set of legs outside the tub. My husband is an amputee so it makes it extremely easy for him to sit outside the tub and then just slide over to the section in the tub to shower. When he is finished he just slides over to the outer bench to towel off. I have purchased this seat for my nephew who is also an amputee and he also loves it.
