## Questions & Answers

**Q: How much should be added to a gallon of water?**
A: I have never heard of adding it to water. Just fork in a handful around established plants and then water in and/or use as the previous person advises.

**Q: is blood fish and bone suitable for use on grass seed after the lawn has been scarifide**
A: possibly - wouldn't damage the grass but an Autumn lawn feed would be better and if you have pets they seem to like to try and eat blood fish and bone which isn't a good idea.

**Q: Is it good for grape plants?**
A: Bone meal is a good organic source of phosphorus; So therefore it is good for your grape plants.

**Q: it would seem that the 5kg tub does not have the added potash. Is that correct? And it is powder form, not pellets? Hopefully not easy to breath in!**
A: Not sure about the potash, but I add wood ash for some crops anyway. It's powder, but dense and heavy. It's great stuff, I use it for both ornamentals and vegetables, always chuck some in when repotting, planting shrubs etc. I get great crops, especially onions and beans.
