Review: Just right - OK so it is a bit sad perhaps to have strong feelings about ankle bands but... I cycle a lot and I am fed up with having bands that are too tight or which don't fasten properly or which you cannot find the ends of to unfasten. These are wide, fit easily and strongly, are reflective, could not fall off, are easy to take off and well made. They are quite pricey perhaps but they are the only ones you will need and I would buy the same again if I lost them.

Their considerable width provides a huge reflective area (they are black inside - if you wanted to wear them inside out). Have worn mine for a daily commute for about 5 months now and the velcro fastenings are still secure (I've found other brands come unstitched quite quickly). The velcro fastenings are about 9cm long so can accommodate narrow ankles or flared trousers (I'm not ashamed to wear them!). Mislaid my ankle bands for a day and missed them so much I ordered a second pair as a back-up. Highly recommended.

OK so it is a bit sad perhaps to have strong feelings about ankle bands but... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These Were Great At But Over Time Have Proved To Not As Robust As I Would Have LIked

These are great, I was looking to replace some old Respro ankle bands I had for years and saw these at nearly half the price of the Respro (which are good). They are reversible with black on one side and reflective on the other. Soft and stretchy but with enough length to go around all ankles. For the money your onto a winner. 2018 UPDATE - After getting these in 2017 the reflective tape has started to peel away from the ankle band and they have not been getting any rough treatment so I suppose it's down to the qulaityof how it was attached to the ankle band. The more expensive old ankle bands these were replacing never did this and I had them for years, so I suppose you pay more you get more but nonetheless, I'm still using them as they are comfortable and reflective (I might look into ways of rebonding the reflective tape to the ankle). Due to reflective tape starting to peel off I'm reducing my initial 5 star rating to 4.
