Is it better?** A: I bought 20th March 2017. I don't know whether this is the upgraded version. My 5 star review mentions a blue that was a feral so is very nervous. He still loves grooming with this brush. I would recommend. **Q: Is it suitable for long haired cats?** A: Our cat is a short-hair, but his coat is very thick. The fingers are very far apart (a bit like fingertips, I suppose) so if you can run your fingers through, this brush should work. It brings all the matted unshed hair out painlessly. Our cat just loves it. You do get quite a lot of static, though, so don't wear man made fibres when you are doing the brushing unless you like sparks! **Q: Is it suitable for short haired cats?** A: The rubber teeth are quite soft. Therefore. If your cat likes been groomed it would be fine. I have 3 long haired cats so I can't comment from experience. **Q: Is it suitable for a kitten from 12 weeks?** A: My 13 weeks kitten loves it! It's like a massage for him, he always starts pooring when I brush him. Just be gentle not to hurt the kitten ## Frequently Bought Together - CeleMoon Cat Brush with Soft Rubber Pins, Washable Silicone Pet Brushes for Indoor Cats Grooming Shedding Massage Bath, No Scratching Removes Hair Mats Tangles and Loose Fur for Short to Long Haired - Swihauk Self Cleaning Slicker Brush - Skin Friendly Deshedding Grooming Tool for Dogs & Cats, Suitable for Shedding & Haired Pets, with Pet Supplies Accessories, Blue - Fluffy Feline Professional Groomer's Choice for Cat Dandruff Treatment Spray --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/48845986-cat-brush-with-soft-rubber-pins-washable-silicone-pet-brushes](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/48845986-cat-brush-with-soft-rubber-pins-washable-silicone-pet-brushes) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
