This is my absolute favourite pen ever. Better than my Mont Blanc which cost loads more. **Q: How do you get the refill into the pen so that it works properly?** A: If you unscrew the chrome bit at the writing end of the pen, the refill inside will drop out. Drop in the new one, then screw up the chrome bit. Worked for me. Hope it helps. **Q: Does this pen come with a refill in it or is it empty?** A: The pen comes, as you would expect, with a cartridge already installed. It does not come with a spare.
