## Description

The Grout Pen I received has a dry white tip, is it broken or did I receive the wrong colour?
Tips need to be primed before use, all brand-new Grout Pens have a dry white tip until they are activated.
The tip of my Grout Pen fell out or is worn down, is my pen broken?
Tips are designed to be removable so when a tip becomes worn or damaged it can be taken out and flipped over. If the tip falls out do not worry, simply put it back in and keep working.
Do I need to press down hard while moving the pen along the grout lines?
Pressing hard will damage the tip. It's better to prime the pen by pressing up and down until the ink flows to the tip. Once the tip is fully saturated, lightly move the pen across the grout line.
The colour of the pen cap is not exactly the colour I want
The Grout Pen colour chart is a good representation, please keep in mind that computer screens can display slightly different colour spectrums, it is recommended to do a small test area first if you are not sure about the colour.

This is excellent- wish I'd thought of it years ago! Very easy to apply and dried v quickly, completely transformed my kitchen floor tiles. All of the grouting had become very dirty, despite having steam machines, and very regular cleaning. But these took care of all the marks so so quickly, in fact my 14 year old grandson did it all!

Great idea and so easy to apply. Freshens up grouting really well.4 stars not 5 as you need enough pressure for the liquid to come out but that in turn means the tip of the pen gets wrecked quite quickly. Maximum tiles before pen unusable is 16 ishIn my opinion it’s still worth it.

Love these grouting pens, so easy to use, I use to cover the marked grouting on my kitchen & bathroom floor tiles. These pens restore a just grouted finish, are durable and can withstand heavy foot fall.You don’t get any replacement nibs which is a shame, but I found if you wash the nib in a little soapy water after use, this can be used again, also you can pull the nib out of the pen, and use the unused end. Just pop the cap back on after use and the pen will keep for months.These pens don’t leak and are of good quality.
