Review: Excellent DVD for busy people - Excellent DVD. This is exactly the type of Pilates I enjoy and if I do the exercises, I notice the impact immediately. Splitting the dvd into 10 minute sections means that I am Much more likely to do a quick 20 minutes. I wish I had discovered this DVD sooner.
Review: Pilates as a beginner - Have completed the pilates for beginners classes over 2016 and bought this so I could fit some more shorter sessions into a week. I enjoyed it so much ended up doing 3 and the bonus stretches. Like Ammits teaching style and you can choose different areas to work on. This won't be getting dusty.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pilates as a beginner
*by B***S on 9 January 2017*

### ⭐⭐⭐ too easy
*by H***Y on 11 December 2017*

For me, the exercises were far too easy and didn't seem to really hit the areas that my old pilates dvd does. For a total beginner it might be good but still he does not explain the basics of pilates to my mind.
