I've had to adjust to the smallest settings and she still has to grow into it a little, but she cant pull at all with the lead connected to the clip under her chest, if she tries it just lifts one of her front legs. Using this for a couple of walks and now she walks next to me with a loose lead, learned she cant pull and I now look like I've got the best behaved dog ever. Love it! At £19.50 it is less than half the price and its equally as good if not better. It's well fitting (someone posted in a review that it is hard to adjust, but it isn't - it's easy) and appears comfortable and sturdy. The reflective parts are very visible and I like the fact it has front and back attachments for my double ended lead.
