Once I upgraded to 2.5Gb service I was still receiving below gigabit speeds and it was then that I realized the Ugreen coupler might be the issue. I ordered this Ampcom coupler and like magic my router was pulling in 2.5Gb (up from 800mb with the Ugreen). The moral of the story, if you absolutely need a coupler and have anything higher than 1Gb speeds I highly recommend the Ampcom.
