I have never taken a supplement that could actually see the benefits. I went vegan years ago and developed a bald spot on the side of my head from not eating enough nutrients/protein. My bald spot started growing fuzz within a week and after a few months, there was substantial hair growth that was already blending in with the rest of my hair. I take this supplement daily - and have run out of it before. During the time I was without it, I noticed a big difference in my hair and nails. This was recommended to me by a functional nutritionist I see. I’ve been taking these for over a year now and I can tell that it has helped my skin look more smooth and is also giving my hair some life back to it after being dry, brittle and not growing. Feels stronger and healthier too. Don’t expect this product to work in just a few weeks though. It took approximately 6 months for me to notice some subtle changes.

I’m seriously amazed with my results after taking these a little over 30 days ( I started them on September 8th 2024, writing my review on October 19th)𝙈𝙮 𝙉𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨 💗 Within 2 weeks my nails were stronger. I started taking these while wearing acrylic nails. I removed the acrylic nails myself, and always damage them in the process.
