A: Yes,they were installed in my new kitchen by a qualified electrician, and they didn't have a problem with them.

**Q: Do you need to put your own earth on this**
A: No the earth would be already be placed on the product

**Q: Does this include the screws?**
A: Yes. That type has screws. I bought 4-5 different of them and all with screws . Was polished and silver matt.
