Adhesive is excellent. Good padding. BUT to much traction on the pad! Your sock seams to stick to it when walking for the first few months! (wears away eventually) In trainers your sock will glide up and down the back of your trainer. Using these your back of your foot is gliding up and down the inside of your sock as there is to much friction on the pad. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heal repair *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 August 2026* Not bad but adhesive could be stronger. When you put your foot in the shoes it comes apart at the edges ## Frequently Bought Together - 8 Pairs Microfiber Heel Repair Patch Repair Patch Self Adhesive Heel Patch, Shoe Hole Prevention Patch for Most Types of Shoes and Seats, Large Size + Small Size (Black + White) - flintronic 2 Pair Sneaker Repair Patch, Heel Patch, Shoe Heel Repair Sneaker, Leather Heel Protector, Heel Pad Repair for Most Types, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/491201261-8-pairs-microfiber-heel-repair-patch-repair-patch-self-adhesive](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/491201261-8-pairs-microfiber-heel-repair-patch-repair-patch-self-adhesive) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
