**Q: Hi have just installed wood burner want to cut difftent size bricks from isle of skye marble will this hold bricks in place**

Thank you for your message.
Product should be used for fixing tiles in areas subject to high temperatures, such as fire surrounds, behind boilers, ranges, cookers and radiators. Only a thin joint is required (max. 3mm), ensuring that a repaired tile does not stand proud. Vitcas Tile Adhesive can also be used with stone, granite, marble and slate but heavy item must be physically supported. For uneven surfaces where a thicker joints is needed use Vitcas HB60.

**Q: Can anyone who has used this for some time comment on whether the tiles have stayed on the wall?**
A: Used this to attach uncalibrated slate tiles to fireplace chimney breast over five years ago. Only way they are coming off is with hammer and masonry chisel.

Really good and gets the job done. Just had to remove one star because the lid of the tub arrived damaged with a crack on the edge. Wasn't an issue in my case in the end because I managed to get the job done and used the contents in time (I used it in about 2 months) but this would have reduced the shelf life of the product if I'd needed it for a longer time
