I think they will be better for her when she is five and has a higher attention span;) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great lessons for children *by S***H on March 10, 2023* This is a good set of books to have around for children of all ages. They teach very valuable life lessons and offer a chance to reflect and think about what you are learning in each story. These books come in a nice sturdy cardboard case to keep them well protected. They are pretty easy to slide into the case. I am overly picky about the way things look sometimes, so it bothers me a little bit that in order to store the books so that the spine doesn't read upside down, you have to put them in there backwards This doesn't harm the quality of anything, so I am not taking a star off for it, but if things like that drive you crazy as well, be prepared. These are not short, quick read books, as I was expecting. They go into lots of scenarios about each "superpower" and give many real life examples. I really like that the books ask several questions throughout for the children to reflect on what they are reading. This may quickly appear to be a book for 6 and older, but don't underestimate the kids. I have gotten some pretty good and thoughtful responses from the 3-year-old even. Even if they can't answer all of the questions, I feel like these stories are valuable for all ages. Depending on your child's attention span for books, it may not be one that will be read in one sitting, but they can still enjoy them. The books are filled with lots of bright colors and eye-catching pictures. They do a great job of having a pretty diverse collection of characters as well. I really like that each book uses the same characters. Each book will focus on two characters and their superpower, but you will notice the other characters throughout as well. My little ones love pointing out when they see somebody they just read about in the other book. In addition to good stories with many life examples, lots of pictures and lots of thought provoking questions, each book offers additional activities at the end. They give you several different activities that you can do with your child/children and additional questions to ask them. They also give a list of further resources you can use to continue developing each superpower. I think that this is a great set of books to have at home or in the classroom and I would highly recommend them to others. I think it is very important to help children to be aware of their actions, behaviors and mindset, and these books are very good at discussing all of these things.
