## Questions & Answers

**Q: Need to conserve water in ca drought. urine odor is unpleasant after 3 to 4 use. can this product be mixed with urine in toilet to neutralize smell?**
A: I have used it for up to 4 days with having crohns and also urinating while water pipes were being replaced in the basement. It worked actually amazingly. I take it to stores with me so I don't chase people out because of my crohns

**Q: can you put the drop in hours before next BM?**
A: no. The aroma from the drops doesn't last very long. But, the drops definitely eliminate current BM odor.

**Q: where is this product manufacturerd?**
A: China

**Q: Is there a stopper in it? I can’t get a drop out doesnt seem to have top come off etc. nvm i just cut the tip off w scissors, works fine now, duh!**
A: There was one other report of the tip being clogged. This must be a defect in some bottles.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!
*by T***I on March 2, 2014*

This product works FANTASTIC! A drop or two in the toilet bowl is all you need and it clears ALL THE SMELL and replaces it with a very pleasant scent! This is magical stuff!I do have to say the product came and the package was crushed. This was not the fault of the shipper but of what happened to it DURING shipment. However, the store that sent it was so nice and so understanding and so fast to ship me out a new one I was SOOOOO IMPRESSED. Not only that but they sent a thank you note for my business! I always love when people take the time to show you they appreciate your business. So, I would say THIS IS A FANTASTIC PURCHASE and I would buy it again in a heart beat and I WILL BUY MORE!!! AND I will purchase it directly from the company that sent it to me because they are fantastic!!!I AM SO PLEASED WITH THIS WHOLE ORDER!!!BUY IT!!! TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! WORKS FANTASTIC!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works like a charm!
*by A***R on June 26, 2017*

Discovered this by accident when looking for a good product to use in the office restrooms. Had great reviews - which were 100 % right. Has a nice, fresh scent, but more importantly, it works! Like it says, "Just one drop before you go!" Several people in the office asked where I found it because they wanted to buy it to use at home.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Odor eliminator works perfectly
*by P*** on December 4, 2021*

Eliminate odor very quickly as stated. Best product ever since I found it initially at Walmart years ago. I accidentally found it at Amazon and it cost few dollars more. It’s worth it, better than air freshener.
