## Questions & Answers

**Q: The bench lookes very different form others, what is it special?  would it provide the same function like others?**
A: You culd do leg press, leg express and curl like other commonbench, and what's more more important is that it also brings other functions others do not hace such as targeted chest trains. Since the arms are able to move seperatly, you could take targeted measures to bulid muscle.

**Q: What happens if i go over the 110lbs per arm??? Does the handle eventually break off???**
A: Not an issue.  I have used a barbell with over 250 lbs plus my body weight (190) without any issues.

**Q: Is it 220lbs total or each side?**
A: 220 lbs total! Although it's a beautiful machine and a pleasure to used it is built rather filmsy.

**Q: Can you do decline press on this machine?**
A: the front of the bench pad could be lowered to the floor to allow you to do different press

once together this item seems solid and works well i did have a problem with one of the parts but the seller responded quickly with a replacement part that solved the problem
