RUBBISH, hardly any noise at all
I bought these for an upcoming party and wish I hadn't bothered.they unfurl, they are colourful, but they are so quiet, just a parp rather than a long whistlepoor poor qualitydo not buy

Look terrible, vacuum packed to death
These were vacuum packed and even now out of the packet they look awful, can't see how these are going to plump up and become useable! Hopefully they recover a bit more or they'll end up in the bin
