Effectively dead after two weeks.This could have been a five star review, so so easily could have been if Linx had make a couple different decisions at least one of which would have had negligible effect on profitability.Pros:-1) Just the right size for what I wanted it for. I don't usually touch anything less than 15" for a laptop or a LOT bigger for a home/office based machine but for the mostly tablet / light computing use I wanted it for, and moved very often... 12" is the best compromise for me.2) Weight, see #1.3) Screen, unlike some reviewers I've had no problems with the screen. Started up at 1920x1080 automatically and looks fine. Web use, emails, pictures and Youtube run nicely enough with a good internet connection.4) Wifi and have been solid enough for me.5) Screen and touch-pad protectors preinstalled.Cons:a) the keyboard 'cover' is not robust. At all. Mine is still working and because I take care of my gadgets, tools and toys it will probably continue to do so for some time. But I can tell just by looking at it closely that many users will kill theirs long before a year is up.b) full sized USB 3.0 ports. I get why you can't have 4/6/8+, but I would have thought two was not unreasonable, one on each side. This point debatable.c) And it's a biggie.... The bottom line.... price. I am okay with this thing not able to handle some of the Workbooks or multi media inserted Word Publishing I do as well as a Surface Pro 4 or even laptop.... But at effectively 300 smakeroonies it's near enough half the price. For half the price I expect at least half the performance.d) Edit: all the rest is irrelevant when the product dies after two weeks. ### ⭐⭐⭐ You get what you pay for. *by A***R on 15 December 2020* This is a cheap computer, you can send emails, browse the Web, order shopping online, use office 365 (not installed) play simple games, solitaire ,mahjong etc.If you want a surface pro machine this is not it.I did have trouble with the power lead falling out but after contacting customer service a new one was sent out and so far, seems to be working OK.The keyboard is not great, but it does the job.There is no microphone which I thought would have been standard so no conferencing and why it only gets 3 stars.So, would I recommend it?
