Anyway, because of this booklet, I have increased my dosage. 3-5g is recommended for C prevention. 15g for more advanced serious cases. I’m taking in btwn 5-15g. I’d recommend sharing this book with the men in your lives as it does say that most men will get prostrate c at some point t in their lives if they live long enough. Wow. Good read.
