A: I believe so, it does not harm me. I think it has a really high content of aloe Vera

**Q: Is it soap free?**
A: Yes SLS free nothing nasty in it if you have fussy skin it's perfect

**Q: Is this good for spots?**
A: It used to make me want to shower even more. Really relaxing lovely product.

**Q: Palm oil free**
A: From what I can gather dr. organic claim that their products do not contain palm tree oil but may contain palm oil derivatives.
