Unfortunately gelatine used
Friend recommended but sad about use of gelatine for the shell. Next time I will chose a product that doesn't contain gelatine.

Great product but missing essential ingredients
Good product and I felt well taking these. However I was really surprised to find that no calcium or vitamin D is included- as a result I'm going to change to another brand

Good combo of vitamins
Got it for the other half. She gets all the packed vitamins in a go which are essential for her health. It lost one star due to size of pill which can be sometimes hard to sallow.

Good price
Seem a good price and I like the product. I do always get a slightly bad stomach for the first few weeks when taking strong vitamins and I got that with these but ok if you can stick with them for about 3 weeks.

Improves overall health - good for nail growth
All you need as a twenty something female. Although I eat well, exercise and am careful about my health I initially took it to improve hair and nails. The bonus is I’m getting everything I need and better hair and nails.
