## Questions & Answers

**Q: how man calories**
A: 271 calories it said by nutritional information for the last box i bought nov 2021 from Amazon, but in January 2022 i bought from the company itself and this batch was the exact same weight but some of the nutritional information had changed slightly included the calories which were now 257 calories so it seems to me like over time they are changing the formula and knocking the calories down.

A: about 270 calories per bar.  6.6g of fat of which 2.8g saturated, 2g of sugar and 19g of protein.

**Q: bought 2 boxes last month they were only 1g of sugar per bar now they are 2g? what happened?**
A: No idea on mine it says 1g sugar

**Q: Is there a full list of ingredients?**
A: If you can't find the full list on Amazon, research on another retailer's site. Its's a good quality bar which also tastes good.
