The SD Card has to be 32 GB or less in order for it to work. You can get FW by searching the web. I had the same Nextion display but did not have the right FW -- or I should say the FW I used did not support touchscreen. Now it does and I can use the screen to power off the hotspot or to reboot -- while I am sorry I had to replace the screen, getting it touch enabled was worth it and this display really works great. *** Update after second purchase *** I burnt out the first one by mixing up the connecting wires -- so got a new one. The new ones come with the connector cable that has the wires stuck together to form a ribbon -- really a nice addition. It keeps the wires together and neater.
