Of course, you would need very low temperature setting and the program you would use for hand wash-wool settings so as gentle as possible to avoid damaging. I would wash it as any mesh fabric. Since it's mesh though, very breathable with open mesh layers, I find that usually just wiping it clean with a wipe does the job. In the inside, antibacterial wipe if any sweaty kit was in contact and you are good to go.
