I bought one for both mine and my wife’s Jeeps, and she had no problem with hers. I struggled to connect my phone to either device and discovered that the “enable CarPlay” setting in the Carlinkit Apple CarPlay setting in my phone was turned off, so if you are having trouble this could be a potential reason.While I was not looking for Netflix or YouTube functionality on the infotainment screen, it is worth noting that this does not support either and would require a different unit such as the AI box. ### ⭐ Has lag and delayed connection. I used this product on my 2021 Lexus IS350 F sport. I had a problem connecting to my car. I had it plugged in to the top port inside my armrest plugs. After many tries I was giving up, but decided to plug it into the lower plug and it corrected the problem. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. It’s been working seamlessly, sometimes connects a bit slower, but still connects.
